- Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state.
- Condition of Items: For safety and quality assurance, all appliances must be returned in their original, unused, and pristine condition, with all protective packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Reporting Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.
- Process: Contact our support team with your order number. Once our team verifies the condition of the appliance, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit).
- Non-Returnable Items: Appliances that have been used, show signs of food contact, or have had their factory seals tampered with are not eligible for return.
